Preventing graph designs from being...

Hi,

being relatively new to Illustrator graphs, I was wondering if there's a way to prevent my graphs' designs from being ''reset'' whenever I edit their data? My numbers change quite often and having to go back and redo their designs everytime can be quite a hassle. What do you guys usually do?

Thanks!

I don't quite understand. The data should remain in place. If you're talking about fixed column widths and such, check the help files on how to do that.

Select the chart go to Object%26gt;Chart all the way at the bottom and select data all the data is still there.

Yeah, but I'm not talking about the data though. I mean like the graphic side of the graph - the legend, and the numbers / categories across the axises.

Cheers!
