Impossible to find serial number

Hi, sorry for my english but i'm Italian.

When i try to start Acrobat 7 Professional, that it work fine until yesterday, today i get this message:

''impossible to find a valid Acrobat serial number. Acrobat will be closed.''

I have not done anything that may be corrupted my serial number!
